Following the health crisis we have just gone through and various government
announcements, our establishments are implementing specific measures to safely welcome you this winter!

Hygiene rules

Our establishment intends to scrupulously respect the rules of hygiene and government measures in force and offers you some new features for a safe stay:

— No minimum amount for payments in CB
— Contactless payment possible up to 50 euros
— The restaurant menu accessible directly on your smartphone
— Increase of the maximum amounts allowed in restaurant tickets
— HACCP standards and hygiene rules imposed against the fight against COVID 19 respected by the team
— Hand sanitizing gel and masks provided for our customers
— Mandatory wearing of masks for our customers except at the table
— Frequent cleaning and disinfection of stair railings, door handles, switches…
— Refillable condiments replaced by single-use bags
— Washing and disinfection of tables after each client

Exceptional cancelling policy

This winter at Hôtel Bellevue, you can book without risks: we will cash back all of your deposit if cancellation of your stay should occur for any reason related to COVID 19.

— Free modification and cancellation until the day before your arrival
—Conditions valid for any new individual reservation that cannot give rise to a reduction or a refund on a reservation already made
— Free cancellation up to one day before the day of arrival (before 2 p.m.), for any stay made until 04/10/2021
— Valid only on our site, subject to availability
