General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Useful informations
— The reception is open from 9am to 10pm. Please let us know if you arrive after 10pm.
— Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of the arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of the departure.
— Rates are based on bed and breakfast included or Breakfast is extra. Access to the Spa is included in the price, with reservation only on the day.
— The restaurant/bar l’ApréSki is open for lunch and dinner during school holidays. Outside of these periods please contact the reception. Please book your table in advance.
— In the case of a late departure from the hotel, a room is available for your luggage with access to a shower
— Pets are not allowed in the hotel.


Deposit and interruption of stay
Upon booking, the sum equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your reservation will be requested. Any reservation will only become effective on receipt of the deposit, these are deductible at the end of the stay if it has been carried out in its entirety. If the stay is interrupted, the deposit will not be refunded. The balance will be payable on departure.
 
Cancellation of stay
In the event of cancellation within 7 days before your arrival, the deposit will be kept in its entirety ( 14 days in winter season). Late cancellations the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
 
Cancellation insurance
You can subscribe to our cancellation insurance directly on the dedicated website within 48 hours following your booking (see link below) or again by checking the option when booking online.
With this option, in case of cancellation on your part, it guarantees the refund of the amount paid as a deposit.
